1. About TipStaq
TipStaqis a marketplace for verified sports analysts (“tipsters”) and the people who follow them. We publish picks, performance statistics and analyst profiles. We do not accept wagers, do not facilitate gambling transactions, and are not a bookmaker.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to view sports picks and create an account. By using TipStaqyou confirm that doing so is lawful where you live.
3. No guarantees
Sports picks involve risk. Historical performance, ratings and statistics are descriptive only and do not predict future results. No pick on TipStaqis guaranteed, “risk-free” or a “sure thing”. You alone decide whether to act on any information you see here.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.
5. Tipster content
Tipsters are independent creators. They are responsible for the accuracy, legality and originality of their picks and the claims they make in their profiles. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Prohibited use
- Scraping, reverse-engineering or abusing the service.
- Impersonation, fraud or misrepresentation of results.
- Posting content that promotes illegal activity or targets minors.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Tipsters set their own subscription price; TipStaq retains a service fee and forwards the remainder to the tipster. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
8. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to premium picks, you are asked to explicitly confirm at checkout that you want access right away and that doing so waives your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on that subscription (Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act / EU Consumer Rights Directive, for digital services once performance has begun with your consent). Without that confirmation, checkout will not proceed.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform or harm other users.
10. Liability
TipStaqis provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for any losses arising from sports outcomes, third-party bookmakers or your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, venued in Oslo.
