Premium Pick Rules

How TipStaq protects premium tipsters, subscribers and the marketplace.

Rules version: 2026-06-23

1. Personal use only

Premium picks are provided for your personal use as an active subscriber. You may use the information inside your own Pick Vault and personal decision-making, but you may not repost, resell, publish or distribute premium pick details outside TipStaq.

2. What you can share

You are welcome to share the things that show why a tipster is worth following:

• Tipster profile links
• Verified record pages
• Free picks
• Safe premium preview links
• Settled public records
• Academy guides
• Unit calculator
• Public performance cards

3. What you cannot share

You may not share or redistribute the paid edge itself:

• Premium selection
• Premium odds
• Premium stake
• Premium reasoning and exact line
• Premium screenshots
• Subscriber-only alerts
• Premium archive content

4. Screenshots and watermarking

Screenshots of premium pick details are not allowed to be posted publicly or redistributed. Premium views may include a subscriber watermark to protect tipsters and help investigate leaks.

5. Premium access and subscriptions

Premium picks are unlocked for active subscribers of a given tipster. Access is enforced on our servers: when you are not entitled to a premium pick, its selection, odds, stake and reasoning are never sent to your browser, included in the page source, or exposed through metadata, Open Graph cards, structured data or share links.

6. Account restrictions

If premium content from your account is repeatedly redistributed, TipStaq may limit account access, remove premium access or suspend the account while the issue is reviewed.

7. Reporting leaked premium content

If you find premium picks being shared outside TipStaq, please report it through our leak report form. Reports help us protect tipsters and keep the marketplace fair.

8. Fair use examples

• Allowed: “I follow this tipster on TipStaq, here is their verified record” with a link to the public record page.
• Allowed: Sharing a free pick link or a safe premium preview link.
• Not allowed:Posting a premium pick’s selection, odds or reasoning in a public group, channel or website.
• Not allowed: Forwarding subscriber-only alerts to non-subscribers.

9. Updates to these rules

We may update these rules as the marketplace evolves. When the rules change materially, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version.
